Nicole Pincombe

Nicole Pincombe (CPA, CMA) is the Commissioner of Finance and Treasurer for the Regional Municipality of Durham. She has over 20 years of experience in the municipal finance sector at both local and regional levels in leadership roles primarily focused on business planning, budgets, and long-term financial and capital infrastructure planning. Nicole has led the multi-year review and modernization of the Region’s business planning and budget process as well as the development and implementation of a comprehensive corporate-wide Asset Management Policy and Plan. She has recently joined the board of directors of the Abilities Centre and was previously a board member and treasurer of Personal Attendant Care (PAC) for nine years. Nicole is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a graduate of Queen’s University.
