ONE Investment strives to be a centre for municipal investment education, helping staff bridge the worlds of municipal finance and financial markets. In 2021, we’re looking at expanding our current offerings.

For spring 2021, ONE Investment will develop a series of short on-demand videos for our investors that explain common investment terms and topics. These will be posted on the investor portal.

Check out our webinar page to view an archive of our previous webinars on topics such as how to calculate return on investments.

Workshops are also being developed to compliment the existing Investment 101 training. These will focus on cash management, in late spring 2021, and strategic policy development, in late Fall 2021. Both topics provide an important foundation for successful municipal investing. Both are half-day workshops, with format to be determined based on pandemic restrictions.
