Deborah Leckman
Deborah Leckman (MBA) is a senior investment professional with over 30 years experience in the pension fund and retail wealth industries. Deborah previously served a six-year term as Commissioner and Director of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) whose mandate is investor protection, promoting fair and efficient capital markets, and financial stability. She is a member of the OSC Investor Advisory Panel. Deborah held the role of Senior Vice President at TD Waterhouse and was responsible for the $15 billion equity program at OMERS prior to that. She currently sits on various other pension plan boards, insurance and independent review committees. Deborah is a Chartered Financial Analyst and hold a B.Comm and an MBA from McGill University. She has completed the Pension Governance Education Program at the ICPM University of Toronto Rotman School of Management.
