Board Member Selection

The Founding Municipalities have appointed the initial members of ONE JIB. In the appointment of subsequent members, ONE JIB and ONE Investment may form a Nominating Committee to identify individuals to fill vacancies on ONE JIB.

In recommending a new member or reappointing a member, the Nominating Committee will consider the competencies and skills of ONE JIB as a whole, each member of ONE JIB, as well as the competencies and skills of the prospective member.
